Growing up in the 1970's I was a big fan of Bagpuss and all his friends and so I was delighted when I came across this beautiful soft toy Bagpuss at the Toy Fair in London.  Produced by Rainbow Designs who are renowned for their high quality children's toys.

I knew I had to get him for our Manchester shop and am delighted to say he is now in stock.  Such is the enduring appeal of Bagpuss, that Lydia, who is a child of the noughties not the seventies was equally delighted when she unpacked the delivery which contained our Bagpuss toys.

Bagpuss the toy is true to the style and colours we know and love from the TV programme and he makes the same delightful yawning sound he used to make when he was ready to settle down and go back to sleep.
